Bridges Ministries
Bridges Ministries is an organization created by Rev. Jeanette Gatewood-Johnson and is based in Baltimore, MD. Bridges support Baltimore community by organizing several events catered towards providing low income families resources they need to survive.
During the 2023 holiday season, Bridges members gather toys and supplies to create care packages they would give away to families in need.
Volunteer Staff
During this event I was responsible for gift wrapping: wrapping gift using a range of accessories, gift wrappers specialize in wrapping gifts of various shapes and sizes using flawless technique to create perfect bows, folds and creases.
Staging the work area for the Bridges Ministries team. Receiving packages such as toys clothing and other material need for the operation. Loaded and unloaded care packages for holiday deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.

Volunteer Graphic Designer
I’ve participated in several projects for Kingdom Covenant Ministries & Network, As a volunteer graphic designer I created flyers for the organization holiday event.
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
